SHENGLI OILFIELD

The Company has proposed the business concept “risky trial” and provided users with an energy saving type high-efficiency separator sticking to the scientific and strict attitude on the basis of deep oilfield investigation, for purposes of solving the problems involving high water cut, bad physical properties of oil, low separation efficiency of the existing oil and gas processing equipment and high system energy consumption and reducing the users application risks. Depending upon the successful application of the product, and the fuel cost saved within 1 year, the investment in the separator equipment can be recovered. The surface process flow has also been simplified. The product has been recognized by users. Up to now, we have successively completed 65 joint station oil and gas processing system reconstruction projects and have provided a total of over 89 pieces (sets) of energy saving type high-efficiency separators, thus making a contribution to energy saving and consumption reduction in the ShengLi oilfield.

INNOCENT TREATMENT OF OILY SLUDGE FOR SEVERAL OILFIELDS IN CHINA

1.oil based sewage treatment and oil sludge incineration heat energy utilization project of Liaohe oilfield (annual treatment capacity 21000 tons).
The plant was built and put into production in Sep. 2006 and continues to run to this day. The project was awarded the grade I science and technology innovation prize of Liaoning Province and the grade I science and technology advance price of PetroChina. The Company has been designated as the Bohai drilling platform treatment unit in the case of an oil leakage event.

2. Oil sludge innocent treatment and utilization project of Xinjiang oilfield (annual treatment capacity 30000 tons).

3. Sludge innocent treatment project of Daqing oilfield (annual treatment capacity 5000 tons).
Skid-mounted pyrolytic treatment of oily sludge was utilized for the first time. The oily wastes generated from field operation of sludge with high viscosity, high agent content, high toxicity and low calorific value are treated appropriately. The equipment runs reliably without generating secondary pollutants.

4. Huludao Bohai sludge harmfulness treatment system (annual treatment capacity 15000 tons).
The system is used in harmless pyrolytic treatment of the oily sludge from CNOOC drilling platforms. At present, the system is in a test run stage and has had a positive effect.

OFFSHORE OIL & GAS OILFIELD

The Company won the bid for four sets of oil, gas and water separator skids of FPSO 113 and six WHP platform test separator skids of BZ25-1 offshore oilfield as well as FPSO Youyi production separator skids and slug flow catcher skids of Bonan offshore oilfield in the localization process of offshore field production facilities of CNOOC in 2003. The performance of our products and high quality after-sales services were recognized by users. This established a foundation for our company which led to bids for six sets of high-efficiency oil, gas and water separators of two FPSOs of Nanhai Wenchang oilfield and Xijiang oilfield and three sets of natural gas cyclone liquid removers of DF1-1 gas field platform in 2006.

In 2005, The Company provided the oil and gas processing technology and related services on production platform to CNPOE, as well as a complete set of equipment including test separator skid, metering separator skid, production separation skid, oil and gas processing SCADA system, etc.

We won the bid for the high-efficiency oil, gas and water separator for CNOOC deepwater natural gas Zhuhai Gaolan terminal project and CNOOC JZ25-1 oil and gas two-phase development project in 2012.
